An exclusive Mandat + service
The exclusive mandate is concluded and accepted for a duration of 15 months from the date of signature. If any of our commitments are not met, the client has the option to cancel the exclusivity clause at the end of the irrevocability period defined at the time of signing the mandate (maximum of 3 months). The mandate will then continue without exclusivity.
Thanks to Capifrance's unique "À l’Essai" service, you can now test a property for a few hours, a half-day, or even a full day. This is a big change from the usual half-hour visit! You can better explore your future property from all angles and envision yourself living there. This gives you peace of mind and allows you to buy with confidence.
The data collected from this form is necessary to enable us to respond to your request. It is collected and processed electronically by the data controller and may be passed on to our internal departments and to our partners involved in processing your request. You have the right to access, rectify and object to your data, which you can exercise by contacting us at dpo@digitregroup.com.
